In collaboration with the client systematically recording his needs, analyzing the requirements of the position and producing the best possible solution.

Through the process of communicating with the candidates, their experiences and goals are verified and a thorough evaluation of their essential qualifications is made, in order to optimally meet the client’s needs.

Specializations

Although our services are targeted at all sectors of the economy and the basis of our curricula includes executives with experience in all areas, our expertise in the field of tourism, and particularly in the coverage of hotel unit needs, arises from the respective expertise of our executives.

We undertake seasonal or annual coverage of all jobs in hotels throughout Greece by hiring graduates from Schools of Tourism, Trade or Technical Schools of Tourism EOT with industry experience.

At the same time, we ensure the smooth operation of the hotel with the supervision of our qualified staff for the duration of the contract. Our responsibilities include the hiring process, the wage bill and, if you wish, the staff training in the specialty of employment.
